If for some reason you are not happy with your FIGUR purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund it for you.

If the sizing is not quite right, our specialist customer service team can assist in finding the perfect size for you. Just email hello@figur.com.au.

FIGUR EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT PURCHASE.


Please follow the steps below:

  1. All exchanges must be sent via Registered or Express Post with all original tags and labels, and the item MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN.
  2. Please email hello@figur.com.au to advise us of your return.
  3. Print out the form below (click for PDF download), fill it in including your order number.
