If you'd like to return your item or need help finding the perfect fit and want to exchange it, we offer a 14-day window on eligible full-priced items from the date your order was received to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange to your original payment method.

Please send your exchanges via Registered or Express Post with all original tags and labels. Items must not have been worn:

We’ll cover the shipping cost for your first exchange. If you return an exchanged item for a refund or another exchange, a $9.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

International customers will need to cover the cost of sending the exchanged item and any price difference for the exchanged items

All purchases made during our Black Friday sale period are not eligible for refunds. Any items discounted by 30% or more are not returnable for a refund; however, we’re happy to offer a store credit.
